If you are no longer full time in real estate but still wish to receive referral commission payments, FUTURE REALTY was designed specifically for you!
In order to receive a referral commission, you must have an active real estate license and be affiliated with an active Broker. Most brokerages have numerous expensive fees and dues because they member of national and state real estate organizations.
FUTURE REALTY is a fee-simple real estate brokerage. Our fees are very low, and our commission splits are higher than typical brokers with no other fees off the top. Agents receive a straight 60% split with the company. The only other fee is an annual membership payment of $50.
FUTURE REALTY AT A GLANCE:
- Agents with FUTURE REALTY only make referrals to other agents.
- Agents with FUTURE REALTY may send a referral which will be placed anywhere in the world.
- Agents with FUTURE REALTY may refer to the REALTOR® of their choice and negotiate any referral fee between them.
- Referral fees can be anywhere between 20 and 50%, but the FUTURE REALTY Agent is welcome to negotiate with the agent they send the referral to.
- Upon closing, FUTURE REALTY receives the commission and splits it between the Broker/Agent and sends it to the referring Agent within 24 business hours (standard split is 60% to the Agent and 40% to Broker).
