Real Estate Commission Splits
You may be under the impression that Future Realty will ask for a higher than normal Commission Split in exchange for providing you with a low fee brokerage to maintain your real estate license with. Nothing could be further from the truth! Your referrals will be placed with a 25% referral fee and your split will be 60% of said referral fee.
In addition to our higher than average company split you have the freedom to select the REALTOR® you want to service your referral. You can also negotiate a larger split with that agent.
